Day one:
Arrival of the group at CAST Alimenti (Centro Arte Scienza e Tecnologia dell’Alimento) and cooking course based on the preparation of typical local pastry and cakes, the course will be  held by professional pastry makers. Lunch at CAST Alimenti, with tasting of local dishes and some cakes prepared during the course, matched with DOC Wines from the Wine Road.

In the afternoon, accommodation in hotel, wine cellar guided visit and tasting. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day two:

after breakfast visit one of the museums of the territory or visit the historical centre in Brescia and the UNESCO SITE “Longobards in Italy. Places of the Power (558-774 A.D.)” , the Santa Giulia City Museum. Lunch
