Program

Meeting of the group at CAST Alimenti (Centro Arte Scienza e Tecnologia dell’Alimento), cooking course based on the preparation of some local dished. Lunch at CAST Alimenti with tasting of the food prepared during the course, matched with DOC wines from the Wine Road. In the afternoon visit of the historical center of Brescia or of one of the other municipalities being member of the association.
