In the center of Castenedolo, on the Route of Wine Hills of the Longobards you can find the Losio Gastronomy and Delicatessen .

It was a former grocery and delicatessen founded by Pietro Losio at the end of 1800.

Pietro had the art of butchery in “his blood”, in fact in 1906 was awarded in Paris with a gold medal.

Its tannings made its products more and more sought-after.

Later his son Gilberto joined the company that wants to follow his grandfather and father but also wants to bring innovation. In fact, in 1982, he changed the traditional delicatessen in a gastronomy.Despite the difficulties of the war his son Domenico continued his family-run business with the help of valuable partners.
