Day one:
Arrival of the group at CAST Alimenti (Centro Arte Scienza e Tecnologia dell’Alimento), cooking lesson based on the traditional local dishes. Lunch at  CAST Alimenti with tasting of local products and of the dishes prepared during the course, matched with DOC wines from the Wine Road.
Accommodation in hotel. In the afternoon, visit a cellar producing Botticino DOC wine, tasting. In alternative visit a beekeeping farm or other companies. Dinner based on local food and overnight in hotel.

Day two:
After breakfast, second cooking lessons about traditional local second courses. Lunch at CAST Alimenti with tasting of local products and of the dishes prepared during the course, matched with DOC wines from the Wine Road. In the afternoon visit a wine cellar producing Capriano DOC and IGT Montenetto wines. Tasting.
Dinner at a restaurant or farmhouse.
In the afternoon visit Museums or interesting places in the territory of the Wine Road.

Day three:
In the morning the group will take part to a lesson about sensorial analysis and the fundamental notions about wine-food matching, with particular reference to the production of the Wine Road. Lunch at a farmhouse restaurant .

Price includes
cooking and sensorial analysis lessons, 3 lunches drinks included, 2 dinners and 2 overnights in 3 star hotel, accommodation in double room with private facilities, bed and breakfast basis, cellar visits, English language assistance and guide.

drinks, entrance fees, extras and whatever else not mentioned
